Oggie
A note from Oggies' new family!:
We can't tell you how happy we are with little Oggie, who is the sweetest little boy you can possibly imagine...  He loves everyone he meets--human and animal--and passed his vet exam today with flying colors.  Not only is he a beautiful dog.... but his manners are also beautiful; furthermore, he is extremely loving and willing to learn new things.  We're also thrilled that he is a Puerto Rican sato, as that has become our favorite kind of dog--and we were so excited when we found out he is one!  Thank you so very, very much for making this adoption possible.  Robin is the perfect foster parent--in fact, she's inspired me to want to be a foster parent myself, should you ever need one in this area....We thank you with all our hearts.
 Sincerely,
Scott & Jonathan

Shoofly

A note from Shoofly's new family!
"Shoofly just continues to relax and settle in.  He is now completely crate free and does just fine at night sleeping on his dog bed next to mine.
I have to laugh because the one thing I figured I’d have to compromise on was having the walking dog that I was looking forward to when I adopted such an older dog.  Well, apparently the rain doesn’t count as any excuse not to walk for Shoofly!  My husband and I do walk in most everything but since he was traveling again I figured I’d have to forego the walk this morning.  I never expected the dog to still want to be out but he was just loving it!  Must be the husky in him.  I just can’t say enough of what a wonderful match he is in our family.  We feel very lucky to have found him. Thanks again for everything!

Charlie

A note from Charlies' new family:
"Well our cutie Charlie is doing so great.  He seems like he has been here all his life.  He fits in just right! ...Here is a funny thing........my friend saw Charlie and thought how much he looked like her brother's boy dog.....well they are from the same litter.  And there is another friend of theirs that has the sister ...  It was meant to be.  They are going to send us pics of when Charlie was little...
Thanks for everything!
Tracy"

Lilly

This is Lilly, who was adopted from GDHS by Sandy. She sent a thank you letter telling us that Lilly is a beautiful dog, a wonderful companion, and more than Sandy hoped for. Here they are on vacation in Florida.

Honey

Honey is Katrina dog who came from Mississippi. She was adopted by a New Hampshire family. She loves boating and is the apple of their eye.

Phil

Also known as Dr. Phil, he is living in Canada having just moved from Derry. He's well socialized, growing big and strong, and is loved by everyone. He is adjusting well to his new environment.

Bella & Scarlett

A note from Bella and Scarlett's new family!
"Thank you so much for Bella and Scarlett!  We loved fostering them and they were so sweet that we decided to keep them!  They came at a perfect time for us.  Our two aussies are getting older and we were trying to decide whether we should bring in a new dog into our family now or not.  Bella and Scarlett are great with our older dogs, our cats and our children.  They also go with me to visit my father in his nursing home and they get up on his bed and cuddle with him waiting patiently for their treats!  Thank you so much for helping them to get here from Puerto Rico!  They are a wonderful addition to our home!

Here is a picture of them with Molly, one of our aussie's who is 12 1/2 - she loves to chase them!
