Other Legislation
There are several other very interesting animal related bills in the Legislature for 2008:
* including a bill from Sen. Roberge to restrict the number of puppies sold by commercial breeders,
* and a couple of bills from Representative Vaillancourt to protect farm animals
* also a bill from Rep. Phinizy to limit eligibility in the state's low cost spay neuter program
